Hope these are popular

I'm trying a different market place with a couple of friends on Sunday and have a few new items including these brooches:

Made from textured stoneware clay, red or green underglazes with a clear glaze over the top.

Who wouldn't love those bright reds and greens, so festive looking and I like the variation in the color.

Hi Linda, I hope your are right. The market is in conjunction with a hang-gliders festival so fingers crossed.

Good luck! I recently sat at a market stall at a fashion show where we sold nothing, and it isn't fun, so I do hope that the hang-glider people are into pottery as well as the open air! The nice bright colours put me in mind of Christmas... which is just around the corner. Love the flannel flower in your 30 October post, what a beautiful plant that is. It looks gloriously tropical compared with the sort of things we can grow in the colder end of South Island NZ!!

Hi Kim
Thanks for dropping into my blog. I sold a few which is great. There were 2 other potters with me from the Port Hacking Potters Group and we covered costs and made a bit for ourselves too so worth the effort and we had music and a flyby of a classic aircraft and no rain so it was a good day :)

Hi Peter
Thanks for visiting my blog. It is awful when you sell nothing but yesterday was pretty good for sales and we met an interesting porcelain artist from Thailand. I've been to NZ's north island and found that fascinating and some great pots along the way. I'm glad you like the flannel flower - it mostly grows along the east coast of Oz which would certainly be warmer than the South of NZ most of the time :)
